150 field based engineers and project management staff provide the physical on site delivery of our solutions but by no means do they operate in isolation, each one of them receives the full backing of our office based support and network engineers from our Network Operations Centre. Support Based Engineering
For those customers and channel partners that require ongoing onsite IT support services and break/fix warranty delivery, our IT support engineers provides rapid access to a team of specialists to address IT hardware issues that cannot be fixed remotely.
CORETX field engineers are highly skilled in supporting any IT device or system and our IT support contracts cover all labour, replacement parts and components. If they are unable to quickly and effectively resolve an issue, they will provide temporary loan equipment, or facilitate a permanent replacement where necessary. These engineers are also highly skilled in the software packages and operating system in use by our customers, allowing them to fully become an extension of in-house IT support teams.
New installations, relocations, modifications, upgrades and removal services are all part of a standard IT support contract service, with our engineers operating at the desk side to deliver a personal and highly effective service.
IT support contracts can be tailored to specific customer requirements, allowing you to decide which equipment is in scope of the contract, where some services may be delivered in parallel to in-house capability and allowing you to select support hours, service windows, regular maintenance and of course SLA response times.

These vendors provide the building blocks of our solutions and IT services portfolios, but of course there are new vendors emerging and developing all the time, with a huge installed base of products and solutions from many different providers. Where we may not have the depth of expertise, or require additional IT support surrounding a specific technology, we have an extensive partner network, which allows us to bring in the expertise necessary. It is the networking capability and our philosophy of truly owning every issue until it is resolved that really set us apart from our competition.
Of course, our expertise is not limited to purely technical support matters, we adopt practical and pragmatic project management and IT process techniques, through the application of PRINCE2 and ITIL methodologies in our projects. Furthermore, as a business we hold all the principal ISO quality certifications and for the public sector we even ensure that our staff are SC cleared.

How do we ensure that we supply suitable staff?
One of the key issues when requesting temporary staff to fulfil specific projects, is that it is crucial that they are of the correct level of experience and training. To ensure that we always provide suitable staff we adopt the SFIA Framework which describes the technical skillset possessed and the level of expertise the individual has. This can range from more junior staff through to hugely experienced IT consultants and is an extremely useful way for us to assess individuals, ensure we provide suitable resources and set an appropriate day rate.
