Work closely with the Head of Delivery Services to provide leadership, mentoring and coaching to the London On Site Services team. Meet regularly with local OSS Delivery Teams to identify the challenges experienced and create an action plan to remediate issues and reduce service delivery overheads.

Working independently or as part of a team, you will play a key role delivering high quality technical solutions within the windows environment to our customer base (more than 100 customers) throughout the United Kingdom.

In this role, you may participate in all phases of the project delivery cycle (planning, installation, configuration, testing, documentation, training, and support).
